New Labour’s non u-turn on criminal records checks (14Dec09)

Failure New Labour education secretary Ed Balls pretends there is a small u-turn on the amount of people that will need to have criminal records checks to “protect the children.” The CRB checks are nothing to do with protecting children, they are to do with getting lots of lovely information on people for the state to control people. It is a disgrace that 9 million innocent people have to submit themselves to justify themselves to being in work.
